This 14 - week program will prepare you for an exciting career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Subjects covered in the course include pharmacology, pharmacy law, inventory management, prescription writing, pharmaceutical calculations, sterile compounding and much more. Classes meet twice a week, 3 hours each session, for lectures and lab. Upon completion of the classroom work an Externship work experience is available for those who qualify. By this time you will be fully prepared to take the Certification Exam to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). |
