Pharmacy Technician

This 14 - week program will prepare you for an exciting career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Subjects covered in the course include pharmacology, pharmacy law, inventory management, prescription writing, pharmaceutical calculations, sterile compounding and much more. Classes meet twice a week, 3 hours each session, for lectures and lab. Following the classroom work you will be involved in an externship program in a pharmacy for 80 clock hours. By this time you will be fully prepared as a pharmacy technician. | |||
