Management of HIV Infection

The course provides three hours of continuing education as required by Florida Statute 455.604 (1) for initial Florida Pharmacy licensure (Florida Board of Pharmacy No. PSA2001-024).

The course includes modes of transmission, infection control procedures, clinical management, and prevention of human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome. It also covers current Florida law requirements regarding testing, confidentiality of test results, and treatment of patients. Lecture runs approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes.

Please submit the test answer sheet with your payment of $35 to the Office of Continuing Education. To receive continuing education credit you must achieve a score of 70% or higher. See Test Answer Sheet for instructions.
