Welcome to Food-Drug Interaction Center

The Center for Food-Drug Interaction Research and Education, led by the University of Florida, was established in the spring of 2003 to help identify and analyze possible food-drug interactions and any resulting effects.

We welcome you to browse the site, which currently houses scientific research and information about drug interactions with grapefruit juice. Please check back in the future for additional food-drug interactions.
