Pharmanote

The PharmaNote is a monthly publication of the University of Florida’s Family Practice Medical Group department of Pharmacy Services and departments of Community Health and Family Medicine and Pharmacy Practice. It was first published in October of 1985 with the primary objective of educating health care professionals about drug entities recently approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Currently, it is distributed to physicians and health care centers nationwide.

The PharmaNote is written by fourth year pharmacy students while on their Ambulatory Care rotation at Family Practice Medical Group and is intended to provide the reader with an in depth analysis of the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, clinical trials, indications, adverse events, drug interactions, and clinical applications of newly approved drug entities.
