PDF Changes 2002

There have been some significant changes to the PDF disbursment policies for the College. This memo was sent to all the faculty in August 2002. It is of primary concern to those insitutions and individuals who previously used the "Expense Method" of reimbursement.

For those faculty whose site have use the "invoice method"or "OPS method" of PDF disbursement, (That means you send us a letter telling us how many students you had for the quarter and we send you a check) here is a link to the University of Florida form FA UTS CPSW Consulting and Professional Servies Worksheet, which is required by the University before the disbursements can be sent out. You can download this acrobat file and fill it out, then print it and fax it to us.
