Databases - Florida Health Stat Database

HealthStat allows the user to custom design their information about medical conditions and/or procedures. Knowledge of medical coding and terminology is strongly recommended.

• Inpatient Custom Query
  HealthStat Inpatient Custom Query allows you to search by ICD-9-CM codes and DRG codes. Results can be returned by various demographics and other criteria. Basic knowledge of ICD-9-CM diagnosis and procedure codes are essential to use this custom query.
• Outpatient Custom Query
  HealthStat Outpatient Custom Query allows you to search by CPT codes and ICD-9-CM codes. Results can be returned by various demographics and other criteria. Basic knowledge of CPT and/or outpatient procedure codes in CPT and inpatient procedure codes in ICD-9-CM is essential to use this custom query.

The Florida Health Stat Database information provided is a summary of the Health Data Catalogue. Florida legislation defines the data in the Florida Health Stat Database. For more information on this legislation, click here. The Florida Health Stat Database contains data in its Reports and Guides section. Use of the database requires knowledge of DRG or ICD-9 codes.
