Rob Kilroy, PharmD

Dr. Kilroy is currently the Coordinator for Pharmaceutical Resource Utilization for Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. His responsibilities include pharmaceutical contracting, management of drug purchasing, regulatory compliance, cost management initiatives, and drug utilization. Formerly, he was a clinical pharmacy specialist in critical care and renal medicine. His current clinical practice is in the area of anticoagulation therapy, and he is the Co-Director of the Shands Anticoagulation Clinic. He is also the consultant pharmacist for several facilities.

His current research interests include pharmaceutical outcomes research and anticoagulation therapy.
