Emily Eubanks acts as a liaison to faculty for the purpose of coordinating and improving instructional efforts in the professional degree program. She also enhances teaching and learning by ensuring that technology is being properly integrated into the classroom.
Emily has been with the Pharmacy Health Care Administration department since September 2005. She previously worked in the corporate world at Publix Super Markets, Inc. as a training developer. For her master’s project, she developed web-based training modules for new county extension faculty on organizational collaboration and partnerships. As a graduate student, she also served as project coordinator for a USDA Higher Education Challenge Grant, Developing a Critical Thinking Instructional Model and Skills Assessment Instrument for Food Biotechnology.
