Dr. Brice's research interests include service quality, customer expectations, evaluation, and community pharmacy practice. She also has a particular interest in the use of qualitative methods, including grounded theory. Since 1984, she has co-owned and managed a community pharmacy in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, she currently acts as an evaluator on a CSAT and State of Florida Department of Health grant. Dr. Brice also acts as a consultant for the Office of Pharmacy Affairs, providing assistance in the provision of comprehensive pharmacy services to Community Health Center grantees.
