Robert E. Kamm is an affiliate clinical professor in Health Care Administration at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. He has a B.S. degree in Pharmacy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Juris Doctor degree from the John Marshall Law School.
He practiced both community and hospital pharmacy prior to beginning a career in corporate law where he specialized in Food and Drug Law for several major pharmaceutical companies.
Retiring after 25 years of corporate legal practice, he is a consultant on Food and Drug Law issues. He serves as General Counsel to the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education (AFPE) and is a Past President and a Director of U IC Alumni Association and a member of the UIC College of Pharmacy Dean's Advisory Council.
He is a Past President of the American Society for Pharmacy Law (ASPL).
He was the 1994 Alumnus of the Year at UIC and in 2001 received the University of Illinois Alumni Association Loyalty Award for his service to the pharmacy alumni association.
He is a registered pharmacist in Illinois and a member of the Illinois Bar (retired status).
