Non-Sterile Compounding

Comprised of both self-study and a 3-day live program, this course provides comprehensive training in non-sterile formulation, quality assurance, preparatory procedures and much more. Intended for new pharmacists and as a refresher course for experience pharmacists.

Designed to help the compounding pharmacist to enhance their competency with therapeutic options used in analgesic therapies, students will learn compounding techniques, assessment tools, delivery systems, dosage forms and more.

Sterile Compounding

This course combines an interactive self-study workbook and a dynamic 3-day live program to provide a cumulative learning experience. Participants will learn technique and mathematical functions while also performing compounded sterile preparations with highly trained experts in a state-of-the-art facility.

Compounding pharmacists will learn rules applicable to hormone formulations, learn the hormone cascade and hormone functions, as well as the physiological basis for this type of therapy.

Hotel Accommodations: Special rates for hotel accommodations have been arranged for activity participant. Payment for hotel accommodations is at the expense of the activity participant.

Food and Beverage: As a matter of activity programming, meals and refreshments during live activities have been provided by MEDISCA NETWORK Inc.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: A written request must be sent to MEDISCA NETWORK Inc. requesting ‘Cancellation without Transfer’ to an alternate live activity event date. If cancellation occurs at greater than or equal to 31 days from live activity event date, then registrant will receive a 75% refund; 15-30 days a 50% refund; and less than or equal to 14 days no refund.

Transfer Policy: Transfer policy is only in effect if requested less than or equal to 15 days post original live activity event date. Failure to submit “Transfer Request” within 15 days post original live activity event date will default to “Cancellation and Refund Policy”. Transfer policy can only apply one (1) time. Transfer to a new live activity event date must be within current calendar year. Failure to attend the new live activity event will lead to no refund and is no longer transferable. Confirmation of new activity date is subject to the approval by MEDISCA NETWORK Inc. based on the number of available seats within the selected live activity event.
