How to download a file from
a web page varies by the type of browser you are using. Most
allow use of the right-mouse button. For example, using Netscape 
pointing at the link
and clicking on the right-mouse button 
will bring up a dialog box like:
Clicking on the Save Link As... will allow you to select the location on your harddrive where you wish to save the file.
Each one will have instructions on what needs to be done.
